Luxury Goods You Can Buy with Crypto in 2026
July 27, 2026 · By Crypto Research Team
High-end retail and crypto have been a natural pairing since the earliest days of Bitcoin. Watches, jewelry, art, and cars all involve large, infrequent transactions — exactly the kind of spending that benefits from faster settlement, cross-border reach, and no chargebacks. In 2026, that pairing is no longer experimental: it spans Swiss watchmakers, French fashion houses, the world’s oldest auction house, and a Lamborghini dealer in Dubai.
This guide covers every luxury category represented in the Pay in Crypto directory — from the brands you already know to crypto-native marketplaces that sell only for Bitcoin.
Why People Spend Crypto on Luxury Goods
A few reasons keep coming up:
- Privacy and pseudonymity: card networks and banks see the merchant but not the asset; for some buyers that’s a feature.
- Cross-border reach: a Swiss watchmaker or French fashion house can be paid from anywhere without SWIFT or FX.
- No chargebacks for sellers: useful for one-of-one items, which is why dealers of pre-owned watches, rare art, and exotic cars were early adopters.
- Store-of-value spending: holders who view Bitcoin and gold as long-term savings sometimes prefer to spend the appreciating asset and keep fiat.
- Gift purchases: crypto-native buyers often gift luxury items and want to fund them directly from their wallet.
For all of these, luxury has become one of the most practical crypto-spending categories.
Watches
Watches are the single strongest luxury category for crypto. Both the primary market (the brands themselves) and the secondary market (dealers) accept a wide range of coins.
Watch brands selling direct
Hublot — the iconic Swiss watchmaker — accepts Bitcoin and 11 other cryptocurrencies through its US online boutique via BitPay. TAG Heuer runs the same setup, accepting BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, and USDC via BitPay on its online store. Jacob & Co. accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, and 10+ other coins through its DTC e-boutique and boutiques via BitPay. Bomberg is a bold Swiss watch brand selling direct, with BTC, ETH, and LTC via BitPay.

Designer Fashion and Department Stores
Luxury fashion is where some of the most recognizable names have adopted crypto. Most integrations work through BitPay or direct-to-checkout, so the buyer flow is similar to a regular card payment.
Gucci accepts Bitcoin and several other cryptocurrencies at select boutiques worldwide. Balenciaga accepts crypto at select locations and online for apparel and accessories (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Philipp Plein is a bold luxury fashion brand selling online with Bitcoin accepted at checkout. McCann Bespoke is a London-based bespoke tailor accepting Bitcoin at its City of London atelier — for custom-made suits, shirts, and formalwear.

Printemps — the iconic French department store — accepts BTC and ETH via a Binance partnership, covering fashion, beauty, and home goods. Homiés Marbella is a Marbella fashion and accessories shop accepting direct Bitcoin via BTCPay Server.
Premium Electronics and Custom Tech
“Premium electronics” in crypto tends to mean one of two things: a straight Apple hardware purchase paid in crypto, or a custom-plated luxury device.
For factory-sealed Apple hardware priced and paid wallet-to-wallet, AppleBitcoin (UK) accepts BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, and SOL. Mac for Crypto is an independent retailer shipping factory-sealed Apple hardware to 150+ countries, accepting BTC (on-chain and Lightning), ETH, USDT, USDC, XMR, and 50+ other coins. AppleCryptos carries the broadest coin list — BTC, ETH, BNB, DOGE, LTC, SHIB, SOL, TRX, USDC, USDT, XMR, XRP — with free worldwide shipping and 30-day returns. iStore is a Lithuanian authorised Apple reseller accepting BTC, ETH, and USDC via CoinGate.
For custom-plated luxury devices, Goldgenie is the standout: a Dubai and London-based customisation house offering 24K gold and platinum iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, Apple Watches, and bespoke corporate gifts. It accepts BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT, USDC, BNB, SOL, DOGE, LTC, and 300+ cryptocurrencies via NOWPayments.
Designer Furniture and Home
The high end of the home category is well represented. 2Modern is a Mill Valley-based retailer of authentic modern furniture, lighting, and home décor from world-class designers, accepting USDC via the Coinbase network. Juliettes Interiors is a UK-based high-end furniture and luxury home décor retailer — the first luxury interiors brand in Britain to accept Bitcoin. Rooms To Go is one of America’s largest furniture chains, accepting BTC, ETH, LTC, USDC, and DOGE via BitPay online and in-store.

Crypto-Native Luxury Marketplaces
Two platforms act as crypto-only marketplaces for high-end goods, useful when no single brand has what you want.
Crypto Emporium is a marketplace for watches, cars, electronics, and fashion — paid entirely in crypto. It accepts BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, and XRP. De Louvois is a Bitcoin-only marketplace covering art, watches, and cars, with every item priced and payable in BTC. Both are useful “one stop” options when the specific brand you’re looking for doesn’t take crypto directly.
How to Pay: Wallets, Networks, and Processors
Luxury merchants overwhelmingly process crypto through one of three rails: BitPay, Coinbase Commerce, or direct on-chain / Lightning payments. Knowing which is which matters.
- BitPay: Most luxury brands on this list (Hublot, TAG Heuer, Ferrari, Ace Jewelers, The 1916 Company, CRM Jewelers) route through BitPay. At checkout you’ll be redirected to a BitPay invoice and can pay from any supported wallet. BitPay handles conversion and pays the merchant in fiat.
- Coinbase Commerce: Used by Chalmers Jewelers, C W Sellors, SeaDream Yacht Club, and others. Similar flow, often with a broader coin list.
- Direct wallet-to-wallet: Mac for Crypto, AppleBitcoin, Homiés Marbella, and others generate an invoice and receive funds directly. Some support Lightning for low-fee BTC payments.
For large purchases, use stablecoins (USDC, USDT) where possible. A $50,000 watch or car is a bad place to be exposed to 10% BTC volatility between order and confirmation. Several merchants explicitly prefer stablecoin payments for that reason.
For network choice on Ethereum payments, prefer Layer 2 networks (Arbitrum, Base, Optimism) or Polygon where supported — gas fees on mainnet can be material on small transfers and absurd on large ones. The commerce overview has a short note on Layer 2 usage for shoppers.
Things to Consider
- Price volatility: even with stablecoins, watch your gas fees and timing. If you’re paying in BTC or ETH, the price can move between order and on-chain confirmation; some merchants lock the price for a fixed window (often 15–30 minutes) and require re-quoting after that.
- Refunds and disputes: crypto payments are generally irreversible. Merchants vary in their refund policies — some will refund in the same coin, others in fiat, and some only offer store credit. Check the policy before paying.
- Regional restrictions: several brands (notably Hublot, TAG Heuer, and Ferrari) restrict crypto acceptance to US boutiques. FARFETCH lists crypto only in supported regions. Confirm your shipping country and the merchant’s crypto availability before checkout.
- Tax treatment: in most jurisdictions, spending crypto is a taxable disposal — you’re selling the asset to buy the goods, even if no cash changes hands. Keep records of the cost basis and the value at the time of the transaction.
- Authentication and provenance: this applies regardless of payment method, but with one-of-one luxury items, use escrow or the merchant’s authentication process. Several pre-owned watch dealers on this list offer their own authentication guarantees.
Where to Go From Here

If you’d rather not be limited to direct crypto-accepting merchants, a crypto debit card lets you spend from your balance anywhere Visa or Mastercard is taken — useful for the many luxury retailers that don’t yet accept crypto at checkout. Coinbase Card, Nexo Card, Wirex Card, and Fold Card are the most common starting points depending on your region.
