About Pay in Crypto
What we do
Pay in Crypto is a comprehensive directory of websites, stores, and services that accept cryptocurrency payments. We help crypto holders discover where they can actually spend their Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, and other digital assets—without converting to fiat first.
From online retailers and travel booking platforms to VPNs, web hosting, and gift card services, we catalog verified merchants across every major category. Our goal is simple: make finding crypto-friendly businesses as easy as a web search.
How we verify listings
Every listing in our directory goes through a five-step verification process. We open the live checkout flow, confirm the merchant explicitly accepts crypto, document which coins and networks are supported, identify the payment processor, and tag the categories. Top-traffic listings are re-verified monthly; the long tail is re-verified at least every six months.
We do not accept payment for listings. Our directory is editorially independent, and merchants cannot pay to be featured, ranked higher, or given a "verified" badge. The only commercial relationship we have with any merchant is a standard referral disclosure, and it never influences whether a business is included or how it is described.
For the full breakdown of our sourcing, verification, ranking, and update process, see our methodology page.

- 490+ verified merchant listings across 50+ categories
- 30+ supported cryptocurrencies from Bitcoin and Ethereum to stablecoins and altcoins
- 20+ crypto debit and credit card programs
- 14 payment processors including BitPay, Coinbase Commerce, and BTCPay Server

Editorial independence
We are not a payment processor, custodian, or exchange. We do not hold customer funds, process transactions, or offer financial advice. The directory is free for merchants to be listed on and free for users to browse. We do not run sponsored placements, featured listings, or paid reviews.
When a merchant has a referral program, we mark the outbound link accordingly. The presence or absence of a referral relationship has no effect on the listing's inclusion, description, or ranking.
